Take some time to move the body and center with Tai Chi For Balance (of body and mind). This class will allow time for warm up, movement, and meditation. This is a great way to exercise the body and mind and learn about the martial art. This practice can be done standing or seated.

Her focus in wellness is to share the roots and transformation over time of practices, like Yoga and Tai Chi, through workshops and classes.
