Stephanie Campanelli is a high-energy, fun yoga instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience focused on mindfulness. Specializing in a balanced blend of Vinyasa and alignment-based yoga, she leads playful and challenging practices that inspire students to sing, laugh, dance, and flow. Her classes emphasize living, laughing, loving, breathing, mindfulness, and flowing. Stephanie’s passion for fitness and mindfulness led her to establish her yoga business, Laughing Yogi, where her light-hearted, enthusiastic approach continues to inspire. Beyond yoga, she has held significant roles in various industries, including Community Engagement & Events Manager, Director of Development, and Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion. Outside of her professional life, Stephanie is a proud parent to Noah, a D1 baseball player, and Hannah, a dancer and choreographer in Los Angeles. She met her husband Don while working at JPMorgan Chase in New York City.
